Apartment clean and tidy. Bedding also. Staff friendly.
Finding the hotel was awful. Is it difficult to set up a few signs that symbolizes the hotel and arrows in which direction to move? Due to the lack of signs in the search, we lost two hours. Imagine searching in three hours in the morning!!

The hotel is located near the seacoast. The apartment was quite big and the kitchen well equipped.
Beds are too short- approx. 180cm. When we came in there was a smell of old fish in the kitchen that disappeared after 3 days.

The location is in a fantastic location, close to the beach and the great national parque above. The apartments are clean and tidy with plenty of space for a couple. The kitchen comes with a big fridge freezer and microwave as well as two electric stoves.
One of the mattresses on the bed was bad with the springs poking through. Also two of the windows did not lock correctly which could be a security issue. I found this out by accidentally locking the apartment keys inside and the handyman climbed over next doors balcony and let himself in through the back window! I would check all windows lock before accepting the room.

close to beach, lots of space, light and airy. good value for money.Secure parking.
No kettle in a self catering apartment.Sound proofing not very good unless we had very noisy neighbours.I watched these apartments being built 5 or 6 years ago and they are now showing signs of wear and tear and could do with a bit of general maintenance.

We had very nice and big two-level apartment with 2 bathrooms and nice garden. Washing mashine was very useful. People at the reception and other staff were wonderful - very helpful and nice! It was very close to the beach which took the breath away! The restaurants around were quite expensive (compering to much more turistic Nerja near Malaga) but we visited market in Barbate almost every morning. Fish and sea food were cheap and fresh. Everything was realy great!
Mosquitos can be very annoying.

Relaxed and traveled around a little. Proximity to beaches; relaxed atmosphere.
It needs a little bit more attention to detail; it was relatively cheap built and it may "crumble" rather sooner than later. WiFi didn't work; underground garage door was broken; some outside lights didn't work; vending machines were empty...

Nicely located in a beautiful coastal resort. However the apartments are brutal concrete, there was a dead mouse (and other wildlife) floating int he swimming pool) and the kitchen facilities were inadequate - two rings and a small microwave. Would not reccomend it for a long break but ok for a short overnighter.

Location and price. We booked 29 Oct the 2x bedroom (Room 207) penthouse for two nights at 152 euros with fantastic views of the surf at Trafalgar and Yerbebueno. Each of these have balcony ob(surf)vation that give clear veiw of the bay area. Clean and very comfortable. There were plenty of vacant block of various rooms through out. We will denifinately return during this period.
